Another inherent part of the CmStick is the Steganos Safe Lite.

The Steagnos Safe Lite is an extraction of the favoured Steganos Security Suite. You can create up to four virtual drives which can secure encrypt up to 128 MB data on your hard drive.

Sensitive data is stored without time lost. The Automatic Crash Protection (ACP) cares about that when an abnormal system end or a power breakdown occurs your data is still encrypted.

Insecure passwords were automatically avoided. The user can choose the password by himself. The quality of this password will proved and evaluated. If you are satisfied with this password, you can be able to store it encrypted in the CmStick.

If you need more than 128 MB space for your virtual drives, an upgrade to Steganos Safe CodeMeter Edition is available. With this version can organize any virtual drives up to 64 GB.

System requirements:

• For PC with Windows 2000, Windows XP Home Edition (32 Bit), Windows XP Professional (32 Bit)
• 18 MB space on your hard drive
• Monitor resolution 800x600
• High Color (16 Bit)
• 32 MB RAM
• Pentium or comparable CPU
• Mouse or similar devices
• For Steganos Safe: Further hard space will be need for the secured drives. For the full using of the 64 GB per drive you need the data system NTFS. With the data system FAT 32 is only 4 GB for the secured drive possible.
• For Portable Safe: Optional CD- or DVD-Burner with corresponding software. Optional and temporary up to 8,5 GB hard drive space for your Portable Safe data. To execute the Portable Safe installation on another PC you need administration authorisations one time.
• Secured drives can not be decrypted on non compressed NTFS drives.
